Let’s get personal … Arija is a proud and loving mother to two beautiful boys, Roman and Rafi. Spending time with her family is very important to her and she loves everything from a lazy Sunday sleep in to traveling the world together and visiting new places.
Arija is also a certified health coach and has a huge passion for health and wellness. Her area of interest is fertility and preconception care which is something that she researches in her spare time.
She enjoys new experiences, shopping, traveling, cooking and just having a whole lot of fun!

Sally-Anne McQuillan | Buyer’s Agent
For over 25 years, Sally-Anne has been involved in property transactions, leaving school early to adopt a traineeship with a valuation office, to then running her own commercial agency in Darlinghurst NSW with a market leading team for many years. Selling the business in 2017 to pursue raising two young boys, and temporarily relocating to Melbourne, Sally-Anne and her young family bought a farm in Mudgee and have spent the last few years renovating and adopting the regional family lifestyle, which has felt like home from the minute they arrived.
Sally-Anne and Arija have always been very close cousins and have shared a passion for property and they often worked and lived together in their youth. Expanding Arija’s brand into the Mudgee (Midwestern) region felt like an honour and the most logical place to direct her energy and do so as a buyers representative to help support clients in the process of purchasing property which can often feel overwhelming and stressful.
Well equipped for residential or commercial acquisition, sales or leasing, with an uncanny ability to find solutions amongst the toughest problems, her tenacious and enthusiastic ability will ensure the property process is seamless.
Also a trained functional nutritional therapy practitioner, I am super passionate about agricultural pursuits and nutrient dense, local food, a big part of the reason we relocated to Mudgee was the ability to have some room to grow and graze our own food.
Lets get personal… Sally-Anne is married to Ray, they have two boys 3 and 5 and when they are not working they love to enjoy a glass of organic wine from the Mudgee region whilst overlooking the hills in Mudgee, cycle, walk along the Cudgegong River, bushwalk and have friends over for their homegrown lamb.
